Calorie burn for Zumba

I am new to MFP and have just started Zumba at home. I am using the Wii Zumba and want to record the exercise but can't find it so have guessed. Could someone give me a clue how to record please

    Hi! I too am new to MFP. I love to Zumba, and it's my favorite workout to do at home! I just count it as "Dancing." I don't think it counts enough calories, but I'm okay with that. It means I'm burning more than I realize. Feel free to add me as a friend if you need any support or encouragement!

    I don't do Zumba at home, but attend a class and wear a heart rate monitor which generally works out about 650-680 cals per 60 minute workout. The website suggested (zumbacalories.com) only expects me to burn 559 calories at the highest intensity, so if you use that would increase a little, or as 'aspragens' does, just feel a bit smug knowing you've burnt even more than you've logged! :wink:
