    Had a nice salad:

    2 cups of spring mix
2 slices of chicken bacon (cooked in the microwave and crumbled)
    1 cup chopped cucumber
1 egg white (sometime I do whole)
    low fat thousand island dressing

Very good. I'm really into salads for lunch right now. Sometimes I'll eat half a ham sandwhich with it if I'm really hungry.
