A Couple NSV's from the last week

Yesterday morning I added up the numbers from my pedometer and I had 4x more steps in four days than I had the previous Monday through Friday. This doesn't include exercise stuff, just normal daily activity.

I just started making a conscious effort to pick the parking spots furthest away, walk to my coworkers desks rather than pickup the phone and call them, take the long route in stores instead of shortcuts, walking between our office locations instead of driving, etc.

This added up to about an extra 2 exercise sessions.

My second NSV was that I purchased three pairs of pants on 9/22 and when I went to wear a pair last night they were already loose! So today I get to make a trip back to the store and exchange those three for one pair in a smaller pant size! No sense spending money if I continue to keep on my path, which MFP is making it easy to stick to.
