Not sure how accurate this is in terms of a 100 calorie burn, but its a great quick workout!
40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 push-ups
on another note, how do i log crunches, squats, lunges etc? (without using weights)

try taking it up a notch and give the 100 workout a go
100 Jumping Jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts
20 Jumping Jacks
10 mins of running

snap! would be ok with most of but leg lifts are a killer!!0
