    Current weight: Didn’t officially weigh in. I just got back from vacation yesterday, and I can tell I’m retaining a lot of water (my fingers feel swollen). I’m afraid if I get on the scale right now I’ll be depressed by the number, so I’m going to stay on track this week and weigh in on Saturday instead.
    Weight lost since last week: I’m sure I went up, but not sure how much – will see what I am next weekend!
    Calories burned this week: None logged, but did plenty of hiking
    Minutes spent exercising this week: Not sure

    What would you have done differently this week: I think I did okay, considering I was on vacation. We only ate out one time – I cooked healthy meals the rest of the time, and only indulged in a few treats.
    Did you reach your nutrition goal: Could have done with a few less treats I suppose, but it was vacation. I’m not going to worry about it too much. :)
