If I eat something salty tonight for supper. . do you think it's going to affect my weigh-in in the am?!

    not a lot. . I've got leftover ground beef that I made the other day and I know I put too much boullion in it, so its salty tasting

    Nah, you'll be alright. But remember, water retention isn't really gaining weight. You'll sweat/pee it out eventually.

    Ok, thanks! Haven't been getting along well with the scale and am hoping for good news in the am, didn't want to ruin it

    You'll just retain water, feel a bit bloat due to the extra water absorbed from the sodium intake. But you will easily lose it after a day or so if you get back on your diet, and do your normal exercise routine. Nothing to lose sleep over, I promise you that.
