i ate a lot of chicken, broccoli, steak, eggs, pb, cheese and ice cream on my cut0 -

yeah i don't think there are optimal foods that will help you shed body fat, and it's a whole lot easier dieting while eating food you like0 -

I don't have abs, but this gets my vote.0 -
For an interesting read google Mark Haub, a professor of human nutrition. I wouldn't follow his method but it does address the issue about caloric intake and not going over.0

I rely on peanut butter, snickers, pie, cake, steak, chicken, eggs, protein shakes, balance bars, cliff bars, fruit, and a whole bunch of other food I like to eat0
