    Finished a 5k today in 31.45 . It was only my second 5k run and I took over 3 mins off my last time . YEA ME!

    SO another 3.1 miles for Sunday and I AM DONE :)

    I am a newcomer to the group and I do love being here! Thank you for having me and for motivating me to keep running!
    I dropped 2 lbs this week and am thrilled because I was in a rut.

    I think doing a 10, 20 or 30 mile challenge is a great idea PB. Of course its easy for me to say since I'm not the one keeping
    track of everyone so I say do whatever works for you !

  • Hi all, sorry, I have to drop from the challenges. As you may know (by my posts) I am training for a 5 mile run on Thanksgiving Day. Well I have checked in with a friend who is a trainer and I work with her now as well as when I worked at a gym, I have to cut back on the running...I am not resting enough. So with that said, it has been a great ride and all of you keep up the great work. You are all amazing and can do this!! I will still be running and training, just not as hard core...will be mixing it up quite a bit so won't be able to really log mileage in order to hang with all of you. Maybe I can meet up with all of you again once raceday comes and goes.

    @lazyspice - Thank you so much....it has been so fun and inspiring to watch everyone getting it done every which way possible. I love working out and being fit, always been an athlete, but have let work and other things come first lately, so now I am getting back on track. ;) I wish everyone great success and I will keep you all posted on progress...friend me if you wish on here. I am not sure how to do all of this stuff, since I use it mostly for food tracking and exercise tracking, so right now I have no friends... :(. All of you are doing fabulous and I wish you and all the very best!! :smooched:

    I walked 3 hours at a leisurely pace on Saturday, sorry I added late, 5 miles to give me 14 for last week
