protein waffles (no flower)

protein waffles (no flower) -- you will need a waffle maker for this recipe!

4 eggs
400 grams light cottage cheese
2 scoops of protein powder (needs to be flavorless or vanilla)
2 tbs vanilla extract
2 tbs baking powder
(use 2 tbs sweetener if you want them sweeter)

preparing:
blend all ingredients in a blender and blend well with a pinch of salt.

Poor into your waffle maker othe portion needed to fit your waffle maker. Serve with what you like, i prefer it with no sugar added strawberry jam and a sprinkle of powder sweetener!

    glad u liked it sunny :) I think i should have explained that it was LOW calorie in the title - thats why it has no flower :)

    Hope you enjoy it!

    I will warn everyone that they are not like flower+butter waffles - these are not crunchy and probably dont taste the same as the sugar + butter + flower waffles that are normally eaten. This was my way of trying to make something healthy that looked unhealthy!
