I would love to have a tummy tuck when I reach my goal weight and a boob lift. I don't want bigger ones just ones that don't hang down to my knees. It'll never happen though because I can't afford it and don't imagine I'll every be able to. :ohwell:

Well, I would love a tummy tuck and seeing as how I'm expecting again I just don't see how that'll be financially possible. We've got 4 kids, #5 on the way and feeding, clothing and sheltering my kids takes priority. By the time this one is out of the house I'll be 54... By that time it's too late for me to justify cosmetic surgery.

I've always loved my proportions because even at my heaviest I looked pretty good. However, after two babies I chose to have a tummy tuck and lipo on my thighs. The lipo didn't make much difference because I had less fat than expected. Turns out I need to squat my way to toned on that point. The tummy tuck was THE BEST!!! I would do it again in a heart beat. Instant flat tight belly!!! As a bonus, the abdominal nerves are somewhat deadened and sit ups are a breeze!!! Just my experience.

I'd like a breast lift when I'm sure that the baby factory is closed.

If I could get surgery, I'd get it done on my neck/jawline. Even at my thinnest (5'3" and 122lbs) I didn't have a really defined jaw/neck.

    Baby factory?

This sounds like some place I'd like to work. Hopefully there's benefits and a dental plan.

I'm pretty sure that when I reach a healthy weight, if I still have chin issues, I will be dealing with them via surgery if necessary.

Only all the time! My boobs are super incredibly tiny. I would never though, that's why I'm trying to get thinner so I can shrink into them :)

Yes, I plan on getting surgery as soon as I can afford it :)

I want a nose job and I want my gums fixed (even though I was told by multiple specialist I dont need anything done...).

In order to have nice skin, it cost me $$$, but I am going to pay-up soon for the only thing that works for me (Shiseido skincare). :(

I might get a boob job later in life (the Japanese kind), because I think it can look nice and fun XD

I have also considered getting my chin fixed, but supposedly its very expensive/dangerous/painful so...meh...

I might get my teeth sharpened (lightly) in a few months though :D I am really excited for this haha~

I've always wondered what is the health benefits to getting a tummy tuck to lose the excess skin?

I'm going for one in about a week and a half.
I have insulin resistance - from my surgeons experience, the clients he has worked on had diabetes and it resolved itself after the the surgery. In my case, Insulin resistance is an effect of excess belly fat, the belly fat I have is resistant and I have a 6+ cm diastasis recti - no amount of working out would ever resolve my belly issue.

As a side note - I'm not lazy. I do Crossfit 5x week, I have a home gym and often do doubles. I hate that I keep being asked when I'm due. I was due 4 years ago!! I'm in fantastic shape, other than my belly. I think the 8K is an investment in me - just like my gym fees are.

If I could snap my fingers and have my belly gone, I would. So much easier than putting in the requisite effort. Fine with everything else.

Wait....If I could find a way to make what little hair I had on my head disappear, so I didn't have to shave it every morning, I'd do that too.
