Weight-loss takes discipline realization? Shucks.

So, since I now know how many calories I'm burning through exercise because of my cool new heart rate monitor, that means I have total control of my weight-loss? The next step is being disciplined enough to log in and track my food? I'm at 1800. Eating back my exercise calories will ensure that I take in the the appropriate amount of nutrition and don't suffer from over-training? Losing weight takes discipline? Shucks. Here we go. 15 pounds by New Years!

Good luck! I found that having a HRM and then later, a bodybugg, really helped motivate me to log things in and burn more calories. 15 lbs by New Years is totally doable.0
