I have been watching how the lotto changed my life, and was just wondering if anyone on here has even won or knew someone who won?

My husband went to a school a couple months ago with a guy who won his fortune back in the 90's

    back in 2000 my friend (back then, we have since lost contact) won 21 million. Took the cash out option and ended up with something like 7.1 million.

    Our feed truck driver won New York something or other when I was a kid - a LOT of money. He made our next delivery and told my dad he was just gonna keep living his life, it hadn't really changed that much. But hte NEXT delivery, some new guy was working and we never saw the other guy again.

    The most I have won was $255.60. My mom has won $1,000. Up here in Canada the lotto winnings are tax free. I would love to win a big lotto jackpot!! There is a lotto here 6/49 and there is a bonus where you could win $100,000 a year for life, how sweet would that be!! And it is tax free too!!

    A girl up the street from me won 25 million. She went to a local bar for $2.00 Tuesday only it was Wednesday so instead of beer, she bought two lottery tickets, yep, 25 mil. She sucked all the luck off our street. Now we have no chance at all.

    I bought some tickets for tonights drawing and tomorrows drawing,


    I would love to call my mommy up and tell her I am buying her a house and car! Same with my grandparetns and my aunt and uncle, and the inlaws! That would be the best thing ever!

    I went to college in a town that was fairly small but had a pretty popular casino. A kid we sort of knew (as in he was a friend of a friend who had partied and passed out at our apartment one particular weekend) visisted the slot machines and won roughly 30K. The funny thing is when you win big at a casino they comp you all sorts of things (like staying free in their hotel, spa packages and meal vouchers) because they want you to stick around and pump that money back into the casino. I don't really know what happened to the kid but I don't think the money lasted him too long.
