Hello! I have a foam roller and have been using it about once a week. However, I only know how to use it on my quads and back. Any tips or exercises to use with it? I have no idea and don't want to use it the wrong way! Thanks!

Go to the Titleist Peformance Instutitutes website and there is a good instruction video on the site. You will need to register (it is free) and then search the exercise area. www.mytpi.com Some of the exercises will hurt while doing them but it will improve flexibility much faster than static stretching. FYI.... I am a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer with 15+ years experience.0

I've worked in theater for many years and have seen dancers use these all the time. They mostly lay it on the floor and waller all over it! Seriously. They tend to use it for hips and thighs a lot. I guess it really feels good and helps them warm their muscles up for dance.0
