    It's a DVD....you can get it at most placed where DVDs are sold - Wal Mart, Target, Amazon, etc. I think it's only around $10. It's an great workout!

    I'm on level 1 day 2 -- just started on monday, if you've ever seen the biggest loser show - jillian michaels used to be a trainer on there - its one of her fitness dvds - mixture of cardio, abs and strength training.

    you can probably find it online somewhere (which is what i did) or you could buy it! or if you have directv, it's on demand :)
