Advice?

Hey there,
So I'm kinda new to the whole dieting thing. I want to be healthy and lose a healthy amount of weight as well as tone my body. Any advice or tips for the beginner? :)

    I would start with 30 mins of cardiac daily and use "myfitnesspal" to closely monitor caloric intake. It is science....intake less calories and burn unwanted fat. Good luck!!!

    Log EVERYTHING that you eat and drink! Don't think of this as a diet, it is a lifestyle change. Drink water and exercise!!!
