Hey everyone,

I just found this website that could help you come up with an accurate 'guesstimate' for how many calories you burn during a zumba class, if you don't have an heart rate monitor (like myself). It's pretty decent, it inputs your weight and intensity level. Let's just hope the mathematical calculations behind it are sound ;)

    It seems to be pretty accurate compared to my HRM. I'd use that site if you don't have one!
