Drinking too much milk?

Is it okay to drink 2 glasses of milk per day? Semi-skimmed?- as long as it fits into my daily calorie intake.?

I drink skim milk but try to limit it because of the sugar. I switched to Hood Smart Balance Milk skim, almond milk, and lactaid instead of plain skim milk.0

I would say you will get varying responses on this topic. I personally don't drink any milk, it's just not for me from a health standpoint. I use almond milk instead, higher in calcium without the downsides of cows milk. From a weight loss stand point, if it fits into your caloric intake, it alone won't hinder weight loss. My favorite question on this topic is: name one other animal that a). drinks milk beyond infancy, and b). drinks milk from another animal.0

Just because they can't, doesn't mean they wouldn't.

Agreed, the same question could apply to "name another animal that talks", however, I think to say just because "we can" is sufficient justification for nutrition philosophy might need to be reconsidered. No other animal can engineer high fructose corn syrup, but you'll never see an obese tiger either.0
