Well, I finally started working out again. Wahoo!!! OW OW OW OW OW OW OW!!! Why do those first few start-back workouts always hurt the worst? On a good note, it was in the evening, on a beautiful tree-lined trail. So there's something to be said for the aesthetics of it all.
