Well, I was feeling pretty disgusted with myself lately because I haven't been doing as good with this whole lifestyle change as I would have liked... Today, I got was uploading some pictures of my family trip to the fair, and noticed how much I had changed since last year's trip. At least it made me feel a little better about myself
