I completely blew off all form of exercise yesterday. Never even made it out of my pjs and the hosue was never cleaned!!! Sorry guys! I planned on doing Zumba but couldn't get dd off the tv so I could use it. Little pain in the butt. We all slept in until 11am and dd till noon. Guess we all needed a real down day. Today Will be better.0
