how do i know what my recomended heart rate is for my exercises while using a bmn polar ft7 thanks

    I set up my HRM with my age and weight and it tells me what my range is. Mine is around 127-146 BPM. Does your HRM have that option?

    im not sure how to find that option as the instructions are not very good do u have the same model as me?

    does anyone have the same model as me that can tell me how to check this?
