I'm always under on my fat, good or bad thing?

Sorry, I wasn't sure whether to put it here or not. But I know there is such a thing as good fat, like from nuts but I'm usually always under in fat by about 10g. Is this a good or bad thing and should I try to incorporate more good fats into my diet? If anyone has an article/any tips about HOW good fat benefits us and why we need it, I would love to read it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

You should consume between .35g - .50g per lb of bw of dietary fat per day as part of your diet. It can be saturated fats as well. Just don't tip back the McDonalds french fry oil container.0

I've actually started losing weight since adding more fat to my diet in the form of nuts, avocados, flax seed oil etc. It is great to be low on fat if your sources of fat are junk food or animal products, but just make sure that you're still getting enough of the essential fats that your body needs to be healthy.
