    Wow - Yes I am going to give this a try! If you buy pumpkin pie filling by mistake add some to vanilla sugar free pudding with alittle nutmeg. Yummy pumkin pudding :)

    These muffins have been on my mind since I first saw the post. Finally made them last night and they are wonderful!!! A hit at work too.....especially when you say they are 100 calories. :-)

    I did use reduced fat cream cheese but have not put it in the recipe calculator to see how much that really reduced them from the recipe posted. I did not spray the cupcake papers and when they were fully cooled they didn't stick that bad.

    A definite MUST TRY!!!!!

    I made Muffins with this recipe last week and the center would not set. I cooked them longer and burnt the bottoms and still mushy in the center. I seen another recipe that did not include the liquid only pumpkin, egg and cake mix. If I try it again I will not add any liquid to recipe.
    Let me know if anyone has had problems with this recipe.
