kohlrabi recipes?

On a whim, I purchased a beautiful kohlrabi today at a farmers market. Anyone have a favorite recipe for kohlrabi? I have a large one with the leaves and stems still attached:-)

  We grow them in our garden...We slice it up & eat it raw with ranch dressing or salt & pepper.

  Never even heard of a kohlrabi until just now but here are some recipes.

  Yummmm! I love kohlrabi. I have never had them any way except raw. In fact, I have one cleaned and ready to eat right now.

  I just looked this up on wikipedia I've never heard of this plant but now I want to eat it!
