    I think they're more referring to candy packages and the like. When they have two or more servings they'll be a minimum 500.

    I want to read it lol but the "arrow" isn't showing up to go to the next slide :/ but yeah i can't imagine eating that high of a cal snack..however, if you are not making healthy choices it could be very easy i bet, at least here in the us lol

    A bag of marshmallows is over 600cals, used to snack on those bad boys all the time pre-MFP
