So, how is everyone doing this weekend?? Keeping active & strong, I hope!!
I did Level 1 of the 30 day Shred & Level 1 of the BL Cardio Max. Those butt kicks are killer!! I really do enjoy doing the punches with Bob in the C Max, especially the 1, 2!! Even my daughter enjoys doing them with me. She likes the shhh, shhh sound that I make while punching!! :laugh: I also went for a nice walk tonight with a neighbor/friend for about a half an hour! It's so nice to be able to walk outside again! It was a little chilly & windy but once the blood started flowing I hardly noticed!

all i have to say is Im so not on track this week. It went all down the drain. My mom in law is making food which is good but not so good in a way and my husband is still in the hospital. :grumble: Im going to start exercising tomorrow again. I don't care who watchs maybe they will join me.
I also love the cardio punch part. It makes me want to do some kickboxing so I have been looking at DVD's on ebay to see what I can find for cheap. Change it up.

I'd like to join this team, y'all seem like a lot of fun, and Rach I love love love the color, I do reds all different kinds sometimes it's more extreme but mostly it's pretty tame, but that is awesome!

I'm thinking I could really use a rest day today. I'm just not feeling it. I may try out a new pilates dvd I got off Ebay. It's a Denise Austin & I need to check it out so that I can leave some feedback. Other than that, I don't really want to do much more. It's kind of overcast & rainy here, so I think it's taking a toll!
So, I've been trying to encourage my husband to jump on this fitness bandwagon with me & he's not budged up to this point. But, this morning we caught the P90x info-mercial & I think it got him pretty excited! I really want to encourage him with out being a nag or being pushy. So cross your fingers for me & hopefully he'll catch the fitness bug too!!0 -

I jogged a mile yesterday - (in half lap spurts) - I couldn't believe that I did it - I did the Rocky arms in the air celebration--my daughter laughed at me.
Did great over the weekend on calories- exercised Sat at gym and walked/ran yesterday.

Don't have much time to type (I'm doing that work thing again :laugh:), but my weekend didn't go too bad. I've done well the past two weekends. I lost another pound and found out this weekend, which was awesome. Then, that night, my boyfriend wanted Mexican. I think I did okay there. The next morning we got up at 3 a.m. to go to a reptile show 3 hours away. We ate with a friend at IHOP, but I think I did okay there, too. Two more friends joined us for lunch at TGI Friday's before we headed back home. I wasn't even hungry, so I did great there. Then, we stopped on the way back because the boys were hungry. :noway: I don't get it. They eat SO much. We went to McD's; they got food and I took a much needed bathroom break and we headed back. We only had about a 45 minute drive from there. I still had to wash clothes and broil some tilapia for lunch this week, so I didn't get to bed till 11. I'm SO tired today... but... I'm here!

Pretty quiet here tonight!!
I took Sunday as a rest day, but today I was busy, busy!! I cleaned up my kitchen & bathroom & took care of mopping the floors as well! This afternoon I jumped on the treadmill for a serious 75 minute workout & stretch!! Total burn is 589! I feel so great now!

I feel really bad that I can't contribute to this thread more. :ohwell: I've just been so busy with work, still being weeks behind in school, my car issues, and regular old life. I haven't been able to exercise, let alone get on here and discuss health & fitness. I'm sorry guys!0

Ugh. I don't feel like exercising. But I guess I can go walk for an hour or so, until 6:00. Then have an hour to myself before the Biggest Loser comes on.
Now I don't even feel like doing anything. Ugh!!! I don't think I'm in a very good mood lol.0 -

Today was very hard for me. I had a few activities with my girls today. This morning was the library & then we went to the park this afternoon to enjoy the weather. It was so nice out! After dinner MJ & I tried to go for a walk but she was so tired that she fell twice! I carried her home & we relaxed the rest of the night until bed time. So after she went to bed,, I had to pull myself off the couch & get to work! It was tough but I feel great now that it's over! I did level 1 of the shred then jumped on the treadmill for 45 minutes! Total burn was 577!! Yahoo!!

I just sent in my weight and I didn't get a chance to exercise yesterday.
Has anyone tried Special K cinnamon pecan cereal? I just ate some of that, and oh what a sugar rush, I feel worse than before I ate it. :sad: It was just too sweet for me I guess...0 -
I am so sorry I havent been on in here in a week or more... I got sick the weekend before last and was out of commision for about a week. I went back to the gym on MOnday and have gone everyday so far. Rach I did send u my weight for this week. Im sorry I sent it out to late last week.. I hope I can still be part of this challenge. I havent seen my name on htere for 2 weeks.

Chicadee, I've not had the special k cereal. It does sound sweet! Funny how when you start eating better those things just aren't tempting or even palatable to us anymore.

I also have no change this week but this is no surprise for me as I have had visitors this week due to the flood. They are however going home today so maybe I can get some exercises in this week and start back to my healthy eating habits. :drinker:0
