Has anyone tried it? If so what were your results like?

Yeah its one of the better shakes.. Less sugar.. Its not the tastiest, but not the worst either. I used to get the vanilla, and add berries or fruit to it, which made it thicker and yummier. I lost a bit of weight but didnt really stick to it for long, I mainly used it for Breakie. But working in Pharmacy I did see a lot of other people who lost quite a bit on it0

I use the Iso-100 Hydrodized Protein. The Gormet Chocolate. It's very yummy. It only has 106 calories and 24g of Protein. I use it in the mornings and it usually stays with me till lunch. They say its really good for recovery too.0
