 Well done to everyone though, we have had a good week as a group! We have lost 20.2 pounds as a group! woop woop! Lets see if we can double that this week 
 Keep up all the hard work and remember to Drink your water!

 Your challenge this week is to do 30 Jumping jacks a day - this may not seem a lot to u fitties out there, but we have some people who may struggle and I want to keep it short and sweet so it doesnt feel like a chore.
 So every friday please state:

 Oct 7th: 206 challenge 1/7 It has been a very long week. I decided to take a break from working out a couple of days this week my body needed the break.
