    I average around 1400 total. It doesn't sound like much but I'm not very active. (Trying to change that!)

    1500-1600 usually, but that is with at least 30 minutes of cardio

    My total daily expenditure is about 1487 calories. I'm trying to lose weight so I aim to eat between 800-1100 calories a day, with a hopeful average of 900.

    Of course my actual achievement of that varies slightly.


    900 a day isn't enough, you should be eating 1200 bare minimum. Your body can't survive on that little fuel.

    I eat an average of 900 a day-sometimes more sometimes less. I have lost a decent amount of weight. I found that when I eat 1200-1400 I dont lose weight. By recommendation of my dr....I have been eating this way and if eating healthy foods, its possible to eat this many cals, still lose weight and still be healthy. If Im hungry I eat...if Im not I dont.

    I'm 1200-1700 it really depends on what I burn at the gym.

    I eat 1600-1700 calories a day (or try to). I burn 400 calories a day exercising, but I don't eat back my calories so my net is 1200-1300 calories/day. I'm female and 24.
