Healthier Chocolate Crock Pot Cake!

Okay, so I made this last night - I have to still weigh out exactly what one serving will be, but the whole thing fits in a 9x13 pan when it's done and you can get 24 servings out of that, so if you were to scoop it straight out of the crock pot, it would be about a 1.5x1.5" square.
1 box cake mix
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 box sugar free chocolate pudding
4 egg whites
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (they had the same calories as dark)
1 cup water
Throw everything into a bowl, and mix til it's all wet and blended (don't over mix!)
Grease crock pot (all the way up - it rises a lot!)
Cook on high for 3-4 hours (probably closer to 4...)
Scoop into bowl while warm, add a bit of frozen yogurt or raspberry jam on top!
Nutritional info:
1 serving = roughly the same as a brownie square
141 Calories
14g sugar
237mg sodium
23g carbs
0.8g cholesterol
1.9g fibre
3g protein

When I scooped it out this morning, I pressed it into a pan to make sure it made enough for that serving size and got it all over my hands (verrry moist) - it's VERY good... and very chocolatey! You can probably cut even more calories by putting just 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in it - but I love chocolate so I'm good with the overload!0

....I'm Canadian so we use metric - I have no idea how much that is, but if that means it's more than one of those jugs of milk you guys can buy in the States, then you should be fine. If you can cook a big roast in your crock pot, it will hold the cake.0 -

I've made a similiar but unhealthy version of this in my 4.5 quart crock pot before so yours should be fine.0 -
