    You find it pretty easy to find the exercise you did? I lift weights about 3 days a week and I do all sorts of diffrent exercises. It just seems difficult for me to add them in there so I've just been leaving it blank.

    I usually just put in "strength training" under the cardio section and the amount of total time. At least you get something.

    I find it extremely difficult. The strength training options on the site don't match what I do at the gym.
