:happy: MY DAUGHTER INTRODUCED ME TO THIS PROGRAM. SHE WAS SO CONCERNED AABOUT MY WEIGHT AND MY TYPE 2 DIABETIS. A BIG SUP[PPORTER MINE. THE FIRST WEEK I HAVE DROPPED 10 LBS FROM 250 TO 240. RECORDING MY FOOD INTAKE REALLY HELPS AND MAKE BETTER CHOICES. THIS IS SO GREAT. IFEEL BETTER ALREADY.

    Welcome, this is a great site. It helps me stay motivated with my eating, and exercising. Helps me to lose wait without out going hungry, I love it.

  • Yes she is. She is very knowledgeable about food values and how important exercise is. She has loss over 100lbs and is a big advocate about organic foods.etc.
  • Yes,most of it was fluid I believe. I know it will slow down for awhile but I am very pleased.
