NSV - did something I didnt think I could possibly do.....

Mind you I dont have a full body mirror, but after tonight taking a photo of my face and comparing it, I might have to just consider going to my local store and purchasing one...

This is the first time I have ever taken a photo of myself, but a wonderful friend of mine, Amy from Florida who Ive been communcating with on Facebook motivated me to take a photo of myself... I hate cameras with a PASSION... Ive got one hell of a nasty self esteem through many years of abuse both from my parents and from doctors (they were just as bad!)... and once I get past this shaking feeling I have right now, I know that one day at a time, this will get better...

So... here goes nothing....

55lbs later and the changes I see FINALLY are being seen in my mind and I almost dropped my coffee when I took notice... and then the tears started flowing...

The work that I am doing under the guidance of my Endocrinologist, and my commitment to battling everything Im affected with, is FREAKIN' WORKING PEOPLE!!!! WOOHOOO....

A NSV I can finally see... and I feel pretty damn good.... hopefully this image comes up...
