We are trying to keep lunches healthy for the kids by packing them. But my little brother WILL NOT eat a sandwich. He eats about everything, he's not too picky, but he won't do a sandwich. Any ideas for a kids lunch?

How about packing meat and cheese with wheat crackers
fruit and veggie sticks with a juice or milk.
I pack my 13 year old
peanut butter and apples
meat and cheese sandwich
carrots sticks
almonds
a pudding
Water and juice
He eats all of it and is still ready for more. He eats like a man.0 -
Soup in a thermos? My five year old likes it and it gets her out of a rut.0

Our school's here in Ontario are peanut and nut free (thank goodness, cus my daughter is allergic to peanuts). I started off by sending her slices of lunch meat, turkey or honey ham because she didn't want sandwhiches either. Eventually (about 4 months later), I was able to add the bread to it. Sometime I use rye bread without crusts, or tortilla shells.
I've also sent her pasta in a thermos, whole wheat crackers, cheese and cubed meat like ham or pepperoni or even boiled eggs.
Good luck because I know it could be challenging.0
