Eggplant and roasted red peppers!
I never used to eat eggplant, , but I use it as a meat substitute in all sorts of stews and casserole dishes. I even mince it finely and throw it into my scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Roasted red peppers are a fabulous condiment for just abotu ANYTHING-- and I use them instead of salad dressing.
Current favorite lunch sandwich: Pan-seared eggplant rounds and roasted red pepper on a Nature's Own 90-calorie sandwich round with a dash of basalmic vinegar!0 -

I'm with you there!
Typically, I can tell what orders I will like by checking out the restaurants nutritional information. The higher the number, the better the taste.
Case and Point: Caramel Turtle cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.... freaking delicious... and 1600 calories.
Oh, but I DO love my omelet I eat almost every morning.
2 eggs, 1oz cheese, olives, tomato, onion, zuchinni, ham, and sometimes asparagus.
