Yep- here I am last Arpil, July and last weekend.
6 months ago I couldnt get off the couch without the wife helping me- last week I ran my first 5k in 37 minutes (12:04 per mile, came in 363 out of 485 - I am 48 and still 60 pounds from goal). Toss in the gym 5 days a week, daily walk, running, etc and I doing OK.

The above is from the help of MFP and my friends both here and in real life- especially my good friend Amy who is my gym, diet and krav maga partner. We keep each other motivated and honest!
Tis been hard- I've had a few slips but meh- it happens
Sorry- the pic wont fit and I dont know how to correct it so just copy paste the link above to see the progress. SOrry.

Wow, great job!!! You can really tell a difference!!!:drinker:
(I don't know how to resize manually--maybe try emailing them, and it might give you an option to send smaller size pics, then download those back to your desktop and use them that way? You could also try cropping just the outside off each, which would eliminate some pixels. That's my non-expert way to do resizing. )0 -
WOW nice progress! Like how you ran the 5k, running really helps with weight loss!0
