BED EXERCISE!!

Bedridden but still exercising..shadowboxing is a must for me..i burn alot calories..anybody know of any other bed exercises i can do..since im walking a little with a walker that helps..Knowing god giving me strength to go forward and help burn these calories. .So thankful.

    Do you think that you can do Pilates Mat workout? You should be able to do this in bed.

    simple arm weights would work. Start out light though. Ab crunches are good as you aren't doing a full situp. Stretches are good too. Maybe you can Google for exercises for bedridden people.
  • maybe resistance bands depending on your abilities? Hook around feet and push your leg down or hold your leg down and pull with your arms. If you have a bed with a foot/headboard, it could hook on there too.
