I'm in! I did so good when I first started MFP, but "lost track" during Summer. I'm ready to commit again and need some support so I'm thankful I found this challenge.

I went ahead and logged my weigh in... up 6 lbs in 2 weeks (I didn't weigh in last week). So, aparently my TOM plus the passing of my friend hurt my weight loss progress. I'm pretty discouraged because I still tried to stay focused, and I still exercised and watched what I ate, but aparently not good enough. I walked my son to school yesterday and I went to the gym last night, so hopefully I can do better this week.

Hi Guys - I aim to lose roughly 2lb a week which according to my calculations will take me from 144lb (10st4lb) to 120lb (8st8lb) by christmas?!?!?! I hope I can do this as I'd be over the moon with that!!! GOOD LUCK ALL!! :-) Rach xx

Hi all I was travelling last week , spent the week in restaurants, and had no self control. Really need to find my dedication to get back into this! This is the first start. I am travelling again next week for 10 days, Have to get myself back together!

I am contacted some of you that I had seen not post to the spreadsheet since week 1 and many of you responded back. Every so often I will try to keep up with everyone and make sure you are all still in the challenge, esp if you have missed a week or two.
Many of you have said you were having problems and issues and frustrated, join the club! I am right along with you. I have gained every week since starting this. We are all here to keep each other motivated and support each other. remember if you need a friend to vent to, i'm your person! venting always makes me feel better
