for TOMORROW! I have planned out my meals for tomorrow, and I'm not sure what to do to get to a minimum of 1200 calories. No, I do not eat back my exercise calories. It works for me, so please do not comment on that. I just want to know a healthy way to get that extra 200 or so calories in my day? I plan on burning about 1,000 calories tomorrow through my workouts. I know there is no fruit in there, but I have yet to go shopping, and I have no fruit in the house at the moment! Can anyone help me?

    How about adding some carbs to breakfast - a slice of toast or a bagel with a little sugar free jam.

    I second he peanut butter. Also avacado's, almonds, oatmeal. Maybe a little cheese with or without crackers. Yogurt. All good stuff. I hope this helps.

    Maybe a piece of toast with breakfast

    Add a string cheese with your lunch or snack

    Yep, peanut butter with an apple is good...
    Greek yogurt gives you lots of protein...
    Get some Sara Lee 90 calorie whole wheat muffins...eat 1/2 of one of those with your eggs...
    Definitely get some fruit when you're able to...
    I get those Buddig brand lunchmeats to give me extra protein without a lot of calories...only 90 cals per serving..
    Fiber One Brownies..90 Calories
    Nature Valley Granola Thins...80 Calories....
