Well I've quit smoking and gained 15 pounds on top of what I already had to lose...but I'm keeping the big picture in mind
I've started to exercise but this has only stopped the weight gain so I'm maintaining which is a good thing but I've done this for a while so it's on to step three, cut the calories so I can begin losing the weight. I'm learning patience, ugh!

Quitting smoking at this point should be your sole focus. Don't worry, once the cravings for smoking subside more, you can get back to dieting in earnest. Good job!0

You are doing great! Weight loss and healthy lifestyle is all about focussing on the big picture, all small changes add up and you will end up feeling fantastic. Its not always about the scale, its about how you feel and sometimes how you look these changes will keep you going and yo will get the results you want. Well done and keep it up!0
