Easy Smoothie Recipes?

I *finally* got a blender, and would love some easy, healthy, smoothie recipes. I picked up some chocolate protien powder that I'd like to encorporate in a post workout smoothie, but I would make them for breakfast as well. My main concern though is with my love of fruit my sugar intake goes through the roof. Anyways, thoughts?

We buy bananas, strawberries, cherries, blueberries and peaches and then freeze them. (Make sure to take off the banana peel before freezing. I put 1 banana, 5 strawberries and a few other fruits. I also all Acai berry juice and soy milk and soy protein powder. Since the fruits are frozen it creates a nice frozen smoothie. You can add orange juice concentrate or yogurt as well.0
