I am contacted some of you that I had seen not post to the spreadsheet since week 1 and many of you responded back. Every so often I will try to keep up with everyone and make sure you are all still in the challenge, esp if you have missed a week or two.
Many of you have said you were having problems and issues and frustrated, join the club! I am right along with you. I have gained every week since starting this. We are all here to keep each other motivated and support each other. remember if you need a friend to vent to, i'm your person! venting always makes me feel better

I've been yo-yoing for a while. Mostly it was my fault because I did not control what I ate. This week I was good for the most part and lost over 3 pounds!!! I am so excited and motivated to keep on saying yes to yummy veggies and fruit0
