welcome we all have similar challenges one way I work with it is I eat something every 2-3 hours. Keeps my metabolism up and cuts the cravings.

Hello! I feel I am struggling too. I am trying to lose that last 5 lbs. one thing I changed my food tracking for 5 different time slots. I agree also with eating 5-6 times a day will help. I have a sweet tooth and always looking for ways to combat that.

Thanks for the huge response everyone. I didn't actually think people would notice my little post, so I really appreciate the advice.

I've jsut adjusted by food tracking to the different times, so hopefully that will help make a difference.

Jumped on the scales today and realised I've put on about 5 kilos! I really don't know wheere it's coming from, but I put on a shirt today for work that was always a little loose on me and now it's quite tight, especially around the arms. Does anyone know some good exercises to trim down my triceps?
