progress pics...dont know how mych i weigh but i've had great nsv...1st co-worker i havent seen in a month noticed my weight loss.i have 2 use the last hole in my belt 2 keep from stepping on my pants...and i can almost wrap my body with a normal towel.

You look great! I sincerely thank you for posting these. I have a LONG way to go, and I am quite a bit bigger than you were. But these before-and-after photos really help me believe that change is possible.
BTW, in addition to the obvious weight loss, I can't help but notice that the way you hold your body (posture) is greatly improved. It looks like your persistence and hard work are really paying off!
