Great work everyone! I hope to hit a milestone soon - maybe 2-3 more weeks! In the meantime I hit a Half Marathon PR today, so the temporary carb-loading weight gain was definitely worth it!0

Oh I plan on being on the loser board again this week! Its going to be a busy week at work but I am up for the challenge. Let's lose it everyone! I want to see a milestone for myself this week, that is my goal ^.^0

Sorry I missed weigh in this week. I was away. Family occassion. I did lots of walking but even more eating and as the time went on even more. Emotional eating, family get togethers should be just happy but why are they always stressful as well. Wish they would all just get along. Anyway I'm home now. And now my daughter who only a couple of moths moved out, and then 3 weeks ago her hours were cut in half has now managed to get herself 5 'FIVE ' casual jobs. So has asked me to come in and help her out. I can't say no but I want to, I need to stay in my own home and get myself together.0

ARGGGGH! So frustrated...I have been super super good all week and the scale has not budged! I just know I'm doing everything I can, exercising loads, lowering carbs etc etc, It just has to move soon...so I'll just keep on trucking til it cooperates....
