Just after I've woken up and used the bathroom. I feel like I'm at my lightest weight possible. (:0

yeah morning is prolly the most accurate weight but isn't an option for me so I go with round 1 or 2 pm usually and the same day same type of clothes every week.. Close as I'm gonna get0

Why only weigh yourself once a week. Everyone will have daily variations which are not true weight loss. Those variations can happen at the weekly weight date as well as the daily weigh ins. Statically speaking it is better to have more data points and plot them. You will see the trend which is what you want to look at. The fewer points the more likely the trend chart will be off.0

I am an everyday morning person, if i forget i don't get on the scale until the next morning. I think consistency is the key really!0

The best time to weigh I have found is in the morning after you do #1 & #2 in the bathroom to make sure all the excess is gone.0

Yep, morning is the best time ;-)
Depending on what scales you have, you can lose up to 1/2 pound from going to pee and waiting 3 minutes then weighing in.
For example this morning after going to pee I weighed 155.6 then after waiting 3 mins and weighing again I weighed 155lbs.
After taking a shower I don`t weigh again till the next morning.0 -

i always weigh myself right after i wake up and go to the bathroom. i've weighed myself multiple times in one day and the morning weight is always the lightest.0

I usually weigh myself in the morning about 15-20 minutes after I get up!0
