Wow, I am over my protein and it is only lunch. How do I fit 43gms of protein btwn 3 meals? My tuna was 30 and it was only 4oz. If I am over at lunch, what do I do for dinner, or is it ok to go over now and again?

I don't think it is a problem. I had a gastric sleeve done and my Dr wants Me to have 70 to 90 grams of protein a day. I know many more that goes even higher.0

I am am 5-8 and 204 pounds my doctor has me on between 70 to 90 grams of protein a day. I try to stay around 80 grams. the more you work out and diet the more protein you need.0

There is no reason to stay within that protein limit. In fact it's much too low.0
