    That is such an inspiring story. Thank you for sharing. You will totally kick Mt. Rainier...I did it back when I was in shape...maybe I'll do again when I'm back in shape! With the Seattle rain coming, I think I'll try your turbo jam!

    Took me about 6 months to lose over 60lbs but since then I have been focusing on getting my body in better shape! I've lost an additional 10lbs but I would be okay not losing anymore! Just getting more tonned and fit is my goal!

    Great job! I am so jealous of you climbing Mt Rainier, I'd have to fly approx. 5000 miles to do that! I visited Washington almost a year ago now and think about it every day :'(

    Last time I went I drove 14 hours straight to get there! I only had few days off! Not so smart! Love that place!
