timing of the morning meal

So, I have the type of job, where I need to perform at time early mornings prior to 6am, and the bathroom is not available... Circadian rhythm shifts, and so the bod seems to not ever acclimate. A couple of close calls. Anybody else out there with this scenario? I really perform better in the AM with something in the tummy. I have tried protein shake, almond milk, HB egg, etc. Anything but straight black coffee and I am in a pickle, every time..

how about making some healthy trail mix.. dried fruits, nuts and some edamame..0
