I have a HRM, but you can log it under circuit training

I've been told to log it in as circuit training....so....that's how I've been doing it.
  • BUMP...

I asked the same question earlier this month...I was told to log it as General Circuit Training. If there is a better option I'd like to know.

I log it as circuit training. Can't wait to get a HRM to get a more accurate burn though.

I bought some 2lb weights I might get some 3lbs for this next round. Some of the arm stuff I had to start with NO weights they were tough enough!! Like the Cheer Squats with the V Fly!
